Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority is offering LIHEAP Cooling Assistance to eligible households needing help with their electric bills. Appointments open to the public on July 31, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., with scheduled services beginning August 3. An appointment and all required printed documentation are required. Assistance is available while funds last.

The LIHEAP Cooling Program will end on August 31, 2026. Visit the FACAA website beginning December 1 for updates on when appointments for the Heating Program will resume.
