LIHEAP Cooling Program Opens July 31st

Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority is offering LIHEAP Cooling Assistance to eligible households needing help with their electric bills. Appointments open to the public on July 31, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with scheduled services beginning August 3. An appointment and all required printed documentation are required. Assistance is available while funds last.
