The Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority (FACAA) announced today that Dr. Joyce Dorsey, President and Chief Executive Officer, retired at the end of 2022. The Board of Directors has unanimously appointed Dr. Howard Winslow Grant to succeed Dorsey as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2023, at which time he became only the second President and CEO in the history of the organization.
