I had appointment at 10:45. Got there 10:05 and was seen in minutes soon. I got in very quick – very friendly and respectful. They helped me with my light bill. I really appreciated this. First time ever doing this and very happy I made that appointment. I needed it bad. I literally just left.

Congratulations Dr. Grant! Wanted you to know that you give the word RESPECT a whole new meaning to how you treat everyone in the office. Thank you for everything you and your staff do.

I was helped from the moment I walked through the door and everyone was very polite. I even observed the staff assisting others with the same manner. I have been a recipient of the Heating & Cooling Program for years, and it is much needed, especially this year with the state of the economy.

Long story short—every person that I have come in contact with during my visits has been VERY PROFESSIONAL. From the young lady at the front desk and continuing to the back, they have made it a pleasant experience and have not displayed any hostility.

They show compassion, and everyone is patient and understanding, having to deal with the number of customers they serve.

Hats off to each and every one of them. The check processing system is quick, arrives in a timely manner, and is appreciated.

I was there in the beginning with Mrs. Yvonne Gates and Bill Haskins. I will never forget my experience with them; Bill was there for me. They asked me to speak a long time ago. I want to apologize to them. Give me 1 more year I will gladly speak and tell the young adults how much Youth Build helped me when I needed it. God Bless you all.
