I have been a recipient of the Heating & Cooling Program for years, and it is much needed, especially this year with the state of the economy.

Long story short—every person that I have come in contact with during my visits has been VERY PROFESSIONAL. From the young lady at the front desk and continuing to the back, they have made it a pleasant experience and have not displayed any hostility.

They show compassion, and everyone is patient and understanding, having to deal with the number of customers they serve.

Hats off to each and every one of them. The check processing system is quick, arrives in a timely manner, and is appreciated.

I was there in the beginning with Mrs. Yvonne Gates and Bill Haskins. I will never forget my experience with them; Bill was there for me. They asked me to speak a long time ago. I want to apologize to them. Give me 1 more year I will gladly speak and tell the young adults how much Youth Build helped me when I needed it. God Bless you all.

Thank you so much to the women at the Kelly St location. I was so scared I would be turned away but you ladies helped me get through. I am more than thankful and grateful & I hope God continues to bless the work that you do for the community.

As a senior on a limited budget, the services of FACAA have allowed me to me my financial obligations without stress. Without the LIHEAP assistance I would would have to pinch pennies. It’s staff is to be commended for their dedication in serving those in the community, such as myself, who would otherwise struggle. Thank you FACAA!
