FACAA is offering LIHEAP Walk-In Services to help eligible Fulton County residents with their home energy bills—no appointment needed.

Walk-in assistance will be available August 17–20 and August 24–27, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Eligible applicants may include Fulton County residents, households with low to moderate income, seniors age 65+, individuals with disabilities, and families in need.

Please bring:

• Valid photo ID for all adults age 18+
• Social Security cards or proof of application for all household members
• Proof of income for household members age 18+ for the past 30 days
• Your most recent electric bill

Important: Please bring printed copies of all required documents. Documents stored only on your phone will not be accepted. Services are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and applicants must meet LIHEAP income and program guidelines.
