Vernon Baptist Church to assist and guide those eligible for utility assistance through the LIHEAP program. Be sure to check out the flyer for requirements. We encourage anyone who thinks they may be eligible to come take advantage of this opportunity. ​ \nIt is first come\, first serve! All required documents must be copied and brought for the application process.
