DESCRIPTION:In honor of National Diabetes Awareness Month\, the Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority (FACAA) is partnering with Emory Global Diabetes Research Center & Morehouse School of Medicine/PRC to host a Diabetes Health Fair on November 18\, 2023. Join us for free health screenings and resources\, turkey giveaways\, food trucks\, and a chance to win a new bike. FACAA will also be providing information on how to sign up for utility assistance when registration begins and what documents are needed. \nAdmission is free\, but registration is required.
