What is success? One school of thought puts it this way: “Success comes when preparation meets opportunity.” And from all indications, Orlando McDaniel can truly attest to this statement. He recently completed FACAA’s Industrial Training program. As such, he received industry-recognized certificates recognized by the National Association of Home Builders in the areas of Carpentry and Plumbing. He also received employable skills training which included resume development, dressing for success and effective interviewing skills. The ultimate highlight of his program’s completion was him landing gainful employment as a Labor Foreman with Sovereign Construction and Development. Read More
