We Believe in Second Chances. Many released prisoners fail to remain free because of their inability to reunite with family, failure to find gainful employment, returning alcohol and drug abuse, criminal behavior or issues with low self-esteem and mental health. Career Choices challenges all of that. Once a person is released from prison there is a need for a program that provides the support and referrals of counselors and case managers. FACAA has chosen to proritize this effort to help those who return to society as the newly impoverished due to rejection of employment opportunities and the isolation that arises from shame and loss of pride. Collaborative Partners Are Essential: FACAA collaborates with the following agencies: The Justice Project and other Community Organizations that help ex-offenders It’s Your Choice --- Choose a Career. If you have been released from prison, need a new start and some general direction; FACAA is ready to work with you. All you need is the motivation and ambition to start a new life.
