Board of Directors

The 2009 Board of Directors is a dedicated group of 12 or more persons from diverse backgrounds who represent, by mandate of the Community Action Law, three sectors of society:  The Community of Need,  Government Representation, and the Business Community-At-Large.  The members meet six times per year to provide oversight and direction to the CEO and staff, approving budgets, policies and major direction of the organization.  Under their leadership, a team of 29 full time professionals has delivered relevant programs, performed strong fiscal and administrative services since 1991.
